Jen has whipped up a delicious hot pot of Chicken Tortilla Soup everyday this week!! Warm and hearty Mexican inspired soup with tomatoes, shredded chicken, black beans, corn, and peppers in a creamy broth served with sour cream and tortilla crisps!
