Flour to Fork at La Pizzeria Metro. An amazing experience learning to make pasta! Last night we did Tagliatelle. When finished, while waiting on our pasta to be cooked, we enjoyed a charcuterie board and meatballs. Then our pasta was presented with a delicious sauce.
Dessert was Tira Misu! A fun time was had by all. Cassandra did a great job explaining how to make and showing us her techniques.
