This is an excellent opportunity to learn how to brew kombucha (at no cost to you) while helping me with my commercial and home batch brews.

This powerhouse is not to be consumed if you've got somewhere to be!
SERIOUSLY. I'm about to redesign the label with a warning on it. 💤 No operating heavy machinery or complex remote controls.

This blend of valerian root, chamomile, & lavender does triple duty with relaxation. Valerian is known as nature's va**um, after all.
Two other key players in this blend are spearmint and elderberry, cooling the belly for probiotic dreams and boosting that immune system whilst you sleep.

Available in select retail locations as well as for home delivery.

The first batch of Hoppy Daydreams contains a 50/50 mix of Sabra and the very popular Citra hops.

The second release is a blend of Citra and Michigan Copper, which gives the kombucha a slightly fruitier finish.

Available at Lula's A Pub and more retail locations as I restock in the upcoming weeks.
As always, DM for delivery!

The ingredient list will name which hops are in the kombucha you're about to drink.

Introducing Wilmington's first Dry Hopped Kombucha for retail sales!

As a person who traditionally did not like very hoppy beers, I wanted to showcase the Hops as a drinkable beverage for everyone.

The Hops act a little different in Kombucha and really bring out the flavor of the plant. Not infusing alcohol with hops in a traditional beer situation allows the Hops to stand on their own.

This summer I will be Brewing a black tea kombucha and dry hopping it with various selected hops.

The very first release (about to hit the shelves this week) is a combination of Citra and Sabra hops.

Every delicious and good for you batch of Kombucha begins with high quality tea and herbs. I procure mixes and blends, individual herbs and spices from many trusted sources.

We do a good deal of our new kombucha flavor tasting in house. From 3 years old the whole way up to 103, I like to have input on new flavors!
