Kids yoga is coming on June 25th!

This 60 minute class is for 4-9 year olds. They will strengthen their body through basic and challenging yoga poses, practice partner and group poses and play fun yoga games. They will also learn mindfulness activities, useful breathing exercises and relaxation/visualization techniques.

Please make sure your child brings a mat or towel for practice.

*you must be registered for camp to participate in yoga

It's almost time for swim clinics!

Clinics will be offered from 10 - 11 AM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in the Summer from June 9th - August 6th for ages 9+.

The goal of these clinics is to improve swim knowledge and ability, and to encourage an atmosphere that promotes fun, safety and friendship!
