Our borage flowers are blooming as of this morning. These edible flowers taste like cucumber and are so pretty on drinks and food. Each plant will give us around a dozen every morning at their peak!! A lot of places pay for these, we grow them out back. Can't get any fresher than that.

Both of our pear trees are showing some lovely fruit, we will be eating some of these soon and using them for some cocktails and specials. We will post specials with garden items as we harvest. There will always be limited portions but we will keep them to small plates so we can highlight our garden to as many tasters as we can!

The Garden Smash is one of our summer cocktails, it truly tastes like our blend from spring into official summer weather.

Bluecoat Gin, honey lemon syrup, assorted mints from our garden, garnished with ramp oil from our spring harvest.

We didn't put anything in this planter this year on our back patio but Mother Nature said she's got us covered. These wild flowers popped up and are giving our little friend some nice shade.
