We specialize in using fresh Thai ingredients such as locally grown lemongrass, Thai bird chilies, galanga root, kaffir lime leaf and Thai sweet basil to create the most authentic dishes with a modern approach. Nadia Thai French Cuisine in Lansdale, Pa. We lost our lease and have been searching for a new home ever since. We found a new home with a new look, a new menu and even a new name! Same family and staff giving you all of our favorites from the past, while adding some creative dishes with Thai influences.
