Boy it’s hot out there!
Here is our latest summer pie- and it is a special one!
We’re back with the peaches (my personal favorite)🥰
A few weeks ago we got some flats of peaches from friend of pizza Andrew Watters and it’s been delightful! We’ve been using them on our classic special Freedom of Peach - but now here’s the latest one :
Golden hour.
This pizza features a savory peach chutney as the base (made with local sprouted mustard from an social medialess friend on the coast), Brie cheese, chicken, roasted garlic, red onion and it’s finished with Pt Reyes blue cheese, toasted walnuts and a hit of black pepper.
It’s a wild ride! The balance of sweet & spicy is so unique , and with the creaminess of the Brie and blue … well you’ll just have to try it !

Lucky day at the office when we get to process food grown by best friends . Thanks Mulligan Gardens & Thea Grusky-Foley for this massive cluster. Don’t sleep on The Mushroom Man !! White sauce, Gruyère, spicy blue oysters and red onion finished with hour honey and flake salt. For my meat lovers - bacon, chicken or sausage go soooo well on this babe. Open standard hours this week! 🍕🔥😎

Yes, still opening! Ever so grateful for our wood-fired oven, this rock solid building and to all the people coming through this morning to check in and help out. we have some generators to keep the fridges going and we’ll be open for our normal hours of 3-9 pm today. We are NOT able to take card payments with no power, and our phone line for today is 707-513-9553. If you try our normal phone it will NOT go through until the power resumes! See ya later ✌🏽

The balls , oh whoops I mean boys, are back in town!
Local beef, pork mix , served with a flatbread for $20 - they have been missed! Every ball is hand rolled with love ❤️
We made the decision to wait for our local meats to come back rather than use ingredients we’re not stoked with… it was worth the wait :)
