Matryoshka's Bakery is a home based bakery in Saint George, VT specializing in french macarons, french pastries, specialty cakes and cupcakes, using fresh and as much local products as possible. I chose the name Matryoshka because it represents family, love and my country. My focus is on using local and in season ingredients, which means that the sky is the limit when it come to your flavor choice
