To our loyal customers,
It is with a heavy heart that we are announcing we will be closing our restaurant doors in Williamstown on Saturday, February 9th. We have been overwhelmed by the amount of support our small, locally supplied business has generated, and we can only hope to keep a fraction of your loyalty.
Billtown Barbecue will not be disappearing! Instead of trying to maintain our business front on Depot Street, we will be focusing on our catering and our sauces. We will continue to work towards bottling and distributing our sauces with the help of the fantastic Freedom Foods in Randolph, and we will soon be obtaining a catering license in a new kitchen so we can continue to bring our home-smoked food to the people of Williamstown and surrounding communities.
Please be sure to come in before February 9th to redeem any outstanding gift cards! If you are unable to make it to us by then, we will be offering cash for the remaining balance until the 16th of February.
Despite us closing our doors, we still encourage our patrons to continue supporting the other local Williamstown establishments, such as the Pump and Pantry, The Pub, and the local Moose Lodge branch as you have done for us.
This is just one step in our journey, and we do hope your continued love and support will remain with us as we take the next steps.
With love,
The Billtown Barbecue Family
