🐺 Long Appreciation Post Alert 🐺
In this post you see a nurse working her summer break here. 👩⚕️ A student heading to GSP tomorrow ready to take the world by storm. 👩🎓 Multiple college students working to pay bills and make their car payments. 🚗 A couple of kids working a job for the first time ever. A couple of moms looking for extra side cash and hustling days and nights to provide for their families. 👩 Athletes working weekends because that’s all their sports schedules allow for. 🏃♀️ Some who are about to embark on jobs in their future career fields-and we are sooo sad to see them go! ⚡️
Staffing a restaurant is hard! Don’t let anyone tell you differently. This is a typical Friday/Saturday night crew. And tonight they crushed it! Tonight they ran 27 minute ticket times. That’s a FULL dining room, nonstop carry-out orders, multiple patio tables, AND catering an event on top of all of that! 🤩
Does every night look this stacked, no. They all have lives outside of work and don’t work 24/7. But on the days they are here, they SHOW UP for me and for you. So as far as what can be done about our service, 🤷♀️ I guess we can keep doing what we’re doing, which is giving it our best everyday and every chance we get.
