Nick Gavrilides is a Michigan entrepreneur in the Greater Lansing dining community. Best known as the owner of Soup Spoon Cafe in Lansing, he has built a reputation for creative cuisine, exceptional hospitality, and a commitment to supporting local businesses and neighborhoods.

Using his love for his Greek heritage and passion for bringing people together through food, Nick expanded his vision with Niko’s Taverna in downtown Williamston. A restaurant that celebrates authentic Greek flavors in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. Through both establishments, he has created welcoming environments that reflect his dedication to community, culture, and memorable dining experiences.
