We choose to buy our supplies from small local farmers that we have a personal working relationship with, and trust that they will supply us with the freshest healthiest product available, whenever possible. ’ experience in the hospitality industry. After working for many years in local restaurants, she returned to college and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Arts from Pennsylvania College of Technology. Her main focus is the food and menu. The menu will have a wide selection of locally sourced produce, hand crafted burgers and a rotating schedule of seasonal entrees. You can find Nicole presiding over the controlled chaos that is better known as the front of the house. She is a recent graduate of the Capitol Bartending School and has over ten years experience in the service industry. It is her goal to make sure you have the best dining experience possible and will be mixing up some awesome specialty house cocktails. We take your dining experience to the next level with beer pairings and delectably desserts. For those patrons that choose to have a more Saintly experience we offer many vegetarian options.
