Our bulletin board is known for its assortment of local events and businesses with a smattering of irrelevant items like maps of Utah, bike race tags, headshots of David Lee Roth. Here’s one I forgot was there. Hard to wrap my head around over 20 years of roasting coffee in this valley! I am so young and that hat really goes with that first tiny coffee roaster!

Wow what just happened…. After a long weekend out in Blue Diamond BLM, we are in a hotel outside Las Vegas to do laundry, eat vegetables, M packs for her flight and I and get ready for the long ride back to MA tomorrow, which is mostly the way I came with an eye on the weather.

After Capitol Reef, we stayed ahead of stormy weather across scenic byway 12, climbing over 9000 feet and taking no pictures lol! We decamped on the border by Virgin River National Recreation Area, ahead of schedule for our final weekend near tiny Blue Diamond, NV, just outside Red Rock National Conservation Area.
