SOL Food Trailer

Happy Spring!
It is with much thought and mixed emotions that Rich and I have decided not to reopen SOL Food trailer.
This winter we had a nice break down in Lower Slower Delaware. Unfortunately we had to cut our time down there short as I had an accident and had to come back for major surgery late February on my arm. I have just been given the go ahead to start with my physical therapy. I probably won't finish my physical therapy till the end of June beginning of July. For this, and other reasons, and after some deep thought, we decided not to reopen SOL and have sold our food trailer. A local person has bought the trailer (not the name SOL) and is intending to do their own thing. I am sure shortly you will hear what their intentions are for the food trailer.
Rich and I want to thank all of our loyal customers who came to us the last several years. We also want to thank all the businesses that invited us to vend at their establishment; we had a short, albeit great run, and we are proud of the product that we put out

SOL is open today despite the crappy weather ...today is our last day open for the season. Not a good day for sitting outside at the tables, but call ahead if you'd like and your order will be ready (413)320-0517.

SOL is vending at home tomorrow (9/21) from 11 am - 2 pm and then we are heading down to Northampton Elks Lodge No. 997 for their cruise night from 4-7; this will be our last night vending there this season.
SOL will be at our home location Friday and Saturday (9/22 & 9/23) from 11- 7.
FYI: SOL will not be open at all next week as we will be out of town for plans previously made months ago.
We will be open again October 5, 6 and 7 at home location.

SOL was at Cooley Dickinson Golf Tournament Fund raiser for their emergency department expansion.
Beef tacos and pull pork sliders went over great. Very soggy but fun day. Awesome fund raiser for great cause. The golfers all came out despite the rain ...so great

SOL will be at our home base today (9/7) from 11 a.m.- 2 p.m. and then we'll be heading to Northampton Elks Lodge No. 997 in Florence for their cruise night from
4 p.m.- 7 p.m.
We will be at home all day Friday, 11 a.m.- 7 p.m..
Saturday we are excited to vend at the Lion's Club's 50th Anniversary Car Show and Concert from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. being held on River Road in Williamsburg.
