Whoa! This misty, foggy weather is giving scary season weather! 👻🍂 And when I think scary, I think Haunted Woods Presented by WJAA! So if you are planning your Halloween adventures, this is the place to be! 🎃

Haunted Woods is a fully staffed volunteer fundraiser for our local youth rec sports organization WJAA in Williamsburg. It’s a HUGE deal for our community’s kiddos. It means providing them with all the amazing youth sports available to them here in Williamsburg. But listen, make no mistake, this is a seriously scary event & one of the longest running haunts! 40 years!! 🤯 Go give them a Facebook follow, go check them out this month, and just know it is all going towards a fantastic local fundraiser which is a WIN WIN WIN for everyone! 🎃

Our little Free Merc Pantry has been getting a lot of love lately. Honestly, that’s exactly what we hoped it could be for the community.

But with more folks utilizing the pantry, our shelves are getting pretty bare.

If you have it in your heart to donate, we’d be so grateful for any nonperishable food items or personal hygiene products you’d like to share. Every little bit helps keep our pantry stocked for our community who needs it.

Reminder that our pantry cabinet is located on our front patio. No need to come in! You can take what ya need or leave your donations for others whenever it’s convenient for you 🤍

Y’all this weather. Boy does this fall weather make my heart happy.

And also a tiny pumpkin. In my latte.

Because life can be a lot sometimes. And I think we have to get really good at looking for the little joys wherever we can find them. Because maybe the little joys don’t seem like much on their own… but keep collecting them & eventually they start to feel like something really big.

So here’s to noticing all those little things & also doing little things for other people. Because we could all use that right now.

And putting a tiny pumpkin in your coffee whenever possible. Obviously. 🎃😉
