After a few weeks of repairs and going through more paper products than we ever imagined, the day has finally arrived.

Meet the newest member of our team: our brand new dishwasher. 🍽️

She’s shiny. She’s efficient. She doesn’t call off. She doesn’t ask for weekends off. And she already fits right in.

In all seriousness, we want to thank our amazing customers for your patience and understanding during our dishwasher saga. Whether you dined with paper products, grabbed takeout, or simply cheered us on, your support helped us get through it.

To our staff, thank you for rolling with the punches, and keeping the restaurant running smoothly through it all.

A restaurant runs on more than pizza ovens and homemade recipes. Sometimes it’s the behind-the-scenes equipment that keeps everything moving. Today, we’re celebrating something most people never think about, a dishwasher, and we’re not even a little embarrassed about it.

So here’s to continued clean dishes, fewer paper products, and one very beautiful machine.
