Dear Valued Customers,

We sincerely apologize for any disappointment caused by our recent lapse, as highlighted by the recent health inspection. At Napolinos, the well-being of our customers is our top priority, and we deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused.

Upon investigation, we identified a procedural flaw involving our food vendor who had access to the restaurant key during nighttime deliveries. Unfortunately, on two occasions, the door was left open post-delivery, leading to the issues raised in the inspection.

To rectify this situation, we have promptly revoked our vendor's access to our premises. Going forward, a dedicated staff member will be present during each delivery to ensure the proper closure of doors. Furthermore, we have strengthened our team by bringing in new kitchen management and staff members. To guarantee the highest standards of hygiene, we've also enlisted professional help for a thorough cleaning.

Rest assured, we are committed to continuously working hard to provide you with the best quality food. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we are taking every necessary measure to prevent any recurrence of such incidents.

Once again, we apologize for any disappointment caused and appreciate your understanding as we strive to uphold the excellence you expect from Napolinos.
