That moment every year… the traffic lights go from flashing back to full red, yellow, green 🚦

May 1st.

If you know, you know.

It’s the unofficial switch from “quiet shore town” to full-on summer mode. The calm mornings, empty streets, and easy parking start to fade… and in comes the energy, the crowds, the noise, and the grind.

It’s a little bittersweet.

We love the summer. It’s what we do. It’s why we’re here.
But it also means long days, late nights, and not a whole lot of slowing down for a while.

So here’s to the start of the season—
to the locals getting ready to flip the switch,
and to another summer at the shore.
