Forget the boxed stuff—we’re serving up gourmet, decadent Mac n’ Cheese that’ll make you want to skip the Ferris wheel and stay by our window all night.

Whether you’re a purist or looking for a flavor explosion, we’ve got you covered:

• The Classic: Our signature blend—smooth, creamy, and golden.

• The BBQ Loaded: Topped with slow-smoked pulled pork, bacon, fried onions and a drizzle of tangy BBQ sauce.

• The Buffalo Kick: Spicy buffalo chicken, ranch drizzle, and chives

Fair Tip: Nothing pairs better with live music and carnival lights than a warm bowl of Mac. Grab the kids, grab a napkin, and come see us in the food truck alley! 🧀🧀🧀

This fair is a fundraiser for the Roane County United Way. Proceeds help support local nonprofit agencies that serve some of the most vulnerable members of our community.

Words can’t describe the loss of you, my big brother, best friend, and favorite protector.

Unfortunately the Mac shack will have to cancel everything this week due to a loss in the family. We appreciate all your support during this difficult time for my family. Know we love you all and can’t wait to be slinging cheese at the Strawberry Festival in Crossville April 18th!

🍴❤️ That’s a wrap on 2025, y’all! ❤️🍴

From the very first scoop to our last loaded bowl at this past weekend, this year has been nothing short of AMAZING — and it’s all because of YOU.

Rain or shine (mostly shine, thank goodness 🙌), you showed up, you brought your friends, you tagged us in your cheesy selfies, and you made every single event worth firing up the truck for. We laughed, we danced, we made our famous mac n cheese… but most of all, we made memories (and a whole lotta happy bellies).

To every fairground, rodeo, brewery, festival, and parking lot that welcomed us — thank you!! 😊

To our incredible crew who hustled through the heat and the chaos — you’re family ♥️

And to YOU, our Mac Shack fam — none of this happens without your love and support🥹
