A LITTLE LESS, BUT A LOT MORE INTENTIONAL. ☕️
As you may have noticed, our coffee menu has gotten a little smaller.
And honestly, that change is part of a much bigger evolution happening at Ambition.
Our journey from a coffee shop into a bookstore has definitely been a journey. It hasn’t always been easy, but it’s something we truly believe in. Books are becoming the heart of Ambition, while coffee will continue to be an important part of what we do—just in a smaller, more intentional way.
We’re getting back to our roots.
Instead of trying to offer an enormous menu, we’re focusing on the drinks that have proven themselves, the ones you love, and the ones we know we can execute really well.
Quality over quantity.
And there’s a practical side to this, too. The cost of everything has continued to climb—from coffee and milk to syrups, cups, lids, and everything in between. In order to keep the coffee side of Ambition sustainable, we have to make some changes.
So yes, the menu is smaller. But what’s on it is there for a reason.
We want every drink we serve to be something we’re proud to put across the counter.
And if we’re being honest, I know we’re not the only small business navigating these changes right now. We see so many businesses working hard, adjusting, cutting back, and finding new ways to keep going. We’re right there with you.
This isn’t the end of coffee at Ambition.
It’s simply coffee finding its place in the next chapter.
A bookstore at heart. Coffee alongside it. And a whole lot of intention behind both. 📚☕️
