I think knowing who made your lunch matters.

Before lunch starts in Wiggins, there’s a lot you don’t see.

The chopping. The stirring. The pans going in and out. The little things that take time because we’d rather make it ourselves than take a shortcut.

By the time you sit down, most of that work is already done. You get the warm plate, the smell coming from the kitchen, and a chance to slow down for a while.

That’s how we believe lunch ought to be.
