We want to address something important regarding recent reviews of our business.

We have become aware of reviews that appear to be fake, misleading, or not based on an actual customer experience. We take all feedback seriously, including legitimate criticism, but we also believe our customers deserve accurate and honest information.

We are currently documenting and reporting reviews that we believe violate Facebook’s review policies and will continue taking the appropriate steps to protect our business and our customers.

To everyone who has supported us, shared a genuine experience, or left an honest review — thank you. Your trust means a great deal to us.

We encourage anyone considering our business to look at the full picture and make informed decisions based on genuine customer experiences.

Thank you for your continued support. ❤️

We sincerely apologize to any businesses that may have been affected by fake or misleading reviews. We are actively working to identify the individual responsible and address the situation appropriately. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to resolve this matter.
