🔥 Well... our business was almost literally on fire Friday. 😅
Talk about a phrase I never wanted to use so literally!

This afternoon we had quite the scare at the shop when our air conditioner decided it was done with life and started filling the building with a strong burning smell & a mild smoke. The air conditioner had to be completely disconnected from our building.

Thankfully, it was caught quickly, and everyone is safe.

A HUGE thank you to the Wichita Fire Department for responding so quickly and helping make sure everything was safe. We truly appreciate you!

I'll be honest... this one hit me a little differently. Five years ago, our family lost our home in a fire and literally lost everything. So this brought back a lot of emotions and more than a little PTSD.

Thankfully, this story has a much happier ending.
We're without air conditioning until Monday, but that's not going to slow us down!

Our amazing employees jumped right in, stayed calm, and helped handle everything. I couldn't ask for a better team. A another thank you to Kelly Gentry & Gean for just being there for me

Didn't get pictures of this, but we supplied all seven fire engines & all the firemen with a massive bag of Freeze Dried goodies.

We're still up and running we're not missing a beat.

Today is a bittersweet day as we say goodbye to an incredible employee and an even more incredible person. 💙

Sarah, thank you for the past year of hard work, dedication, and unwavering positivity. From day one, you've been dependable, honest, kind, and someone I could always count on. You never hesitated to jump in wherever you were needed, and you represented my business with professionalism, integrity, and a smile.

Thank you for everything you've done for my business, but even more, thank you for being such a wonderful person. I'm so grateful our paths crossed, and I'll always be cheering you on from the sidelines.

Got stocked up on our Wichita favorite beef Jerky. If you're ever at a food vendor show and you see this trailer definitely stop by and try some samples but then beef jerky is crunchy and amazing.
