In November 1992, the Bricktown Brewery opened its doors, ushering in a new golden age of urban dining to the OKC scene. The building which Bricktown Brewery calls home was once a candy factory, and they say that ghosts of the Oompa-Loompas who are buried in the basement haunt guests who don’t leave a good tip. If that’s not on a t-shirt then it should be, ‘cause that’s what we believe at Bricktown Brewery. And as “The Oklahoma Original,” we also believe in supporting our fellow local businesses. So, on our building and on our menu, you’ll see the "MIO: Made In Oklahoma" logo which denotes a ton of great dishes made with local ingredients, and a whole lotta bacon. Our Beers:

Our Southwest Chicken Quesadilla is loaded with shredded chicken, black bean corn relish, chipotle mayo, and plenty of melted cheese. 🧀🌽

Add salsa, sour cream AND guacamole for dipping, and suddenly sharing seems like a bad idea.
