It's a new day, we've got new power lines, and we're officially back in business and running at full speed!

After yesterday's unexpected audition for "Little House on the Prairie: BBQ Edition," we're happy to report that electricity has returned, the smoker is awake, and nobody is washing dishes by flashlight today.

While civilization appears to have been restored, don't wait too long to stop by! You only have TWO DAYS LEFT to get our famous Pulled Pig & Cheese special before it rides off into the sunset tomorrow. 🐷🧀

🚨 POWER UPDATE 🚨

Good news: The power is back on! 🎉

Bad news: Our smoker apparently took the outage personally and has decided to spend the rest of the afternoon in bed.

Unfortunately, the power was out long enough that getting the smoker fired back up and food cooked would put us right at closing time. So rather than serve you dinner at approximately midnight, we’ve decided to call it a day.

Today’s adventures included:
✅ Unloading everything from the coolers
✅ Reloading everything back into the coolers
✅ Cleaning and sanitizing everything
✅ Hand-washing dishes in the dark like it’s 1873
✅ Watching the smoker take a very dramatic nap
✅ Sending our hardworking staff home for the afternoon

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone’s patience today. The good news is that we’ll be back tomorrow during our regular hours, fully powered, fully staffed, and hopefully with a smoker that’s ready to stop being so dramatic.

We’ll see yall tomorrow! ❤️🐷🔥

🚨 POWER OUTAGE UPDATE 🚨

Well folks… the power decided to take an unscheduled vacation today. 😅

As much as we’d love to offer everyone a romantic candlelight BBQ experience, complete with brisket by flashlight and pulled pork by the glow of a phone screen, that’s unfortunately a little beyond our capabilities.

At this time, we’re temporarily unable to serve food while we wait for the power to come back on. The current estimate is that service should be restored within the next 2 hours, but as we all know, Mother Nature and utility companies don’t always read the same schedule we do.

We’ll keep everyone updated and let you know the second we’re back up and smoking!

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and for not expecting us to hand-pull pork in the dark. ❤️
