One of the things I hear most often is:

“I didn’t even think about making the tea cold!” 😅

Oh, but you can.

Brew it hot and pour it over ice, chill it in the fridge, or cold brew it overnight, add fresh fruit, or even a splash of sparkling water.

A few of my favorite blends to enjoy cold:

🍉 MentaliTea – a watermelon refresher with lemon balm

☀️ Turmeric Island – bright, tropical, and sunshine in a cup

🌿 Medicinal Green – crisp, refreshing, and easy to sip all day

🫐 Blackberry Sage – fruity, herbal, earthy and one of my summer favorites

Same tea. Different vibe.

How are you drinking your tea this summer?

Fair warning: A little different than our usual herbs, tea, and farmers market posts…

People always want to know what herb I’m taking.

Truthfully, one of the most healing things I’ve done was create a lifestyle that supports healing.

A year ago, I was averaging around 52–59 minutes of deep sleep a night. Today I’m averaging 1 hour and 34 minutes, with many nights pushing 2 hours.

Herbs have absolutely been an ally. So has red light therapy, PEMF mat time, acupuncture, nervous system work, getting honest with myself, and creating an environment that supports the person I’m becoming.

Healing didn’t happen in one big breakthrough. It happened in my herb room. In my tea cup. In the quiet choices nobody sees.

The numbers are cool, but what they really represent is a body that finally feels safe enough to rest, and thus heal.

And that’s something worth celebrating.

We live in a world where there is always another supplement, another protocol, another morning routine, another expert telling us the missing piece is just one purchase away.

But most of the time, the gap isn’t information. It’s implementation.

The tea sitting in your cabinet.
The herbs you bought six months ago.
The daily walk.
The extra glass of water.
The bedtime you keep negotiating with.

Small things done consistently often outperform complicated things done occasionally.

Before adding something new, ask yourself:

✨ What do I already know that I haven’t fully practiced?

Drink your herbs. Take the walk. Rest when you need it.

Sometimes the next level isn’t another tool, it’s deeper consistency with the ones you already have.
