We are very pleased and excited to announce that after several years of being Jordan's Sous Chef, Austin Henschel has accepted the position as our very first Chef de Cuisine.

Austin is hardworking, passionate, and exacting. He makes our kitchen a little stronger each day, and is a big part of why you all love our food so much.

Executive Chef Jordan Rickard is not going anywhere, and will be working with Austin as he takes this next step into leadership here at FioRito Ristorante.

Sip on the "True Colors" cocktail, a mix of Citadelle Rouge gin, raspberry syrup, lemon, soda water, and Cava crafted by our amazing bartender, Mallori. Pair it with our festive Rainbow Fries, served with a colorful variety of house made sauces. See you there!

Our 6th Annual Altogether for Access Event is scheduled for Saturday, August 22, 2026, at the Wichita Country Club. It’s summertime baby!

We’ve got some beautiful steelhead trout in, and we’re serving it with crespelle (Italian crepes) stuffed with house-made Boursin cheese, grilled broccolini, and a local beet and cucumber salad with a honey-dill vinaigrette.

Our feature to start this week is goat cheese and roasted red pepper cappelletti, and it is brought to you by chefs Aaron and Carson McCrory.

Glazed in corn brodo and accompanied by house-made sausage and fresh spinach, this dish really hits. Finished with pickled Fresno's, chives, and Parmigiano Reggiano there is a touch of heat and sweetness to balance out a whole bunch of savory.

Today's double feature will help you make an informed decision at lunch today.

On the left we have our griddled Mortadella Panino with pistachio pesto, stracciatella cheese, arugula, and potato chips all on freshly baked focaccia.

On the right is our take on an Italian Hoagie. We stack salami, mortadella, smoked mozzarella, pickled Fresnos, chopped romaine, house-made pickles, and creamy Italian dressing all on a fresh baked hoagie roll. We press the whole sandwich which makes for a nice crunch and form factor.

This second one is also on our brunch menu, available Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 2pm. Have a great Friday folks!

One of the newest items on our lunch menu is our Calabrian Fried Chicken sandwich!

We start it off by glazing our marinaded and hand breaded chicken with our Calabrian chili sauce. Then our creamy and house-made whipped ricotta is spread on to take the edge off. And finally, we add pistachio pesto, pickled red onions, and local lettuce. Not to mention this is all built on our freshly baked and pressed sourdough bread.

Make time for lunch today at your favorite local spot!

Lunch is served 11 AM to 2PM, Tuesday through Thursday.

Our weekday feature this week is house-made ricotta gnudi with roasted summer corn, local oyster mushrooms from , sweet corn pesto, sunflower sprouts, farm basil, mustard flowers from our garden, and chives.
