Fun Fact Friday: Meyer lemons are lemons with a little main character energy.

They’re actually a cross between a lemon and a mandarin orange, which means they’re sweeter, smoother, and way less aggressive than your average lemon.

Regular lemon walks in yelling.

Meyer lemon walks in with good lighting and a better personality.

That’s what gives our lemon desserts that bright, real lemon flavor without making your face fold in half.

You’ll find it doing its thing in our Strawberry Basil Lemonade Little, Lemon Blueberry Minis, Lemonberry ice cream, and Limoncello cannoli.

Meet Limoncello and Crème Brûlée; two very good reasons to stop by this week.

🍋 Limoncello is bright, lemony, and finished with white chocolate.

🔥 Crème Brûlée is vanilla bean with that caramelized sugar crunch we all know and love.

A few flavors took a well-earned break, and four new contenders have officially claimed their spots in the lineup.

🍭 Cotton Candy
Sweet, colorful, and probably the most fun cheesecake we've made in a while.

🫐 Lemon Blueberry
Bright lemon cheesecake swirled with blueberry. Simple, classic, and ridiculously good.

🍌 Banana Pudding
One of the most requested flavors we've ever had. Banana cheesecake, real banana, sponge cake base, and a gluten-free vanilla wafer on top.

🌈 Fruity Pebbles
Back by popular demand. Because apparently nobody ever really outgrows Fruity Pebbles.

We've reimagined our Littles to feel a little more dressed up and topped beautifully.
Making them perfect for birthdays, thank-yous, celebrations, or just a “because I wanted cheesecake” moment.

We’ll now have 3 staple Little flavors available regularly, plus a 4th rotating flavor every week:

Dad’s NY vs. OG New York

Yes, we have two New York cheesecakes.
No, they are not the same.

Our OG New York is the one that started XO; rich, creamy, classic, and built on our signature sponge cake crust. It’s smooth, balanced, and very much the “if it isn’t broken, don’t mess with it” cheesecake.

Dad’s NY is exactly what it sounds like: my dad’s recipe.
It has that old-school New York deli vibe - a little sweeter, a little brighter with a hint of lemon, a touch of sour cream, a gluten-free graham cracker crust, and cherries on top.

Think of it like this:
OG is our classic.
Dad’s NY is the one that tastes like it came from a family recipe card and a deli counter.

Both are made in-house.
Both are always gluten-free.
And yes, you’re allowed to have a favorite.

Yep. Salt.

Not because desserts should taste salty, but because the right amount of salt makes everything taste more like itself.
