Gar Joe’s Crawfish, in operation since 2021, specializes in authentically cooked Crawfish Dinners and is a must-try for any crawfish lover. Bringing you the finest selection of fresh, never frozen crawfish in the Midwest, we use only fresh catches directly from the heart of Louisiana. Our offerings include live crawfish, Cajun critters, fixins, & common seafood cravings guaranteed to impress any C

ajun or Creole native. You can usually find us at the red food truck in Froggy’s Liquor Store parking lot on Saturdays during Crawfish season. Follow Gar Joe’s Crawfish on Facebook for all you can eat events, Food truck specific events & catered boil locations. To pre-order live crawfish, make sure to place your order by 4 PM on Wednesdays for pick up the following Saturday between 9AM - 4PM. Crawfish are available weekly until season ends. Crawfish are fresh and sourced from Louisiana, usually the same day they are caught. To pre-order cooked crawfish, make sure to place your order online by 4PM on Fridays for pick up the following Saturday between 11AM-4PM. We accept and encourage walk up customers starting at Noon on Saturdays. However, please note we sell out very quickly and walk-up availability is not guaranteed, while pre-orders are. We are cooking in our usual location at Froggy's liquor parking lot on Pawnee and Oliver today 5/30 from noon until 4-5pm.

We have crawfish, crab legs, and shrimp with corn, sausage, mushrooms, and potatoes.

Crawfish season is finishing up, so get your fix before it's too late!

Waiting until tomorrow to take orders the boss man has been battling 104 temp from being bit by a feral murder kitty lol. He still plans on going to get crawfish this weekend. 😒 I am just waiting to make sure he perks up tomorrow. Hope everyone has a good weekend and thanks for your patience.

Too exhausted and no time for the lake this weekend, but we still got to sit around the fire last night and burn boxes 😁

Huge shoutout to everyone who came out to Douglas at The Green Frog! The turnout was way more than we anticipated, and we truly appreciate all the support.
