A great big shout out to the Wichita Falls Runner's Club for allowing us to share our beer with them. We had a blast talking about our beer and getting to know these fine people! Next up: brewing our soon-to-be famous IPA and Oatmeal Stout! Thanks for all of the support!

We did not win the ideaWF competition, but we gained significant experience from our business plan and from the oral presentation. We hope to open in 12 - 18 months. If anyone would like to invest, we are looking for more capital for a complete and successful start-up!

Holy Bison! BOB's Buffalo Chili was really good! So was the Vegetable Chili! I have a little work to do on the Beer Cheese dip, but it was an ok start. Also the spent grain corn bread was good. And Kim's hummingbird cake was great! Might have to put it on the menu! As always, the company was good and the beer was bold!!

Didn't get to sample recipes this weekend due to some unforeseen circumstances. Will try again this coming weekend with our team of taste-testers!

Found a possible pizza crust recipe. Easy to make and tastes good, too! Hopefully everything else this weekend will be just as good!

We are testing some recipes this weekend with the BOB crew. Texas Chili, meatless chili, bison burgers and spent grain breadsticks (spent grain from brewing!). Hope all goes well. We will also pair our beers with the food we are trying. Can't wait!!

We are evaluating the soft tasting on Friday. Working on our menu items and our business plan. We will also be brewing more beer! We're getting there!

The soft tasting was a success! We had a lot of fun teaching the fundamentals of beer tasting. Even though most were novices in the tasting area, we had some GREAT comments about our beers. We also received some good ideas about menu items. Thanks to all who came! Can't wait til the next one!
