It’s been a minute since we’ve shared our roots.
Our story started in 2011 with a tiny food trailer, then The Gypsy Kit downtown, and eventually Taco Darlin on Kell Blvd.
Over the years, this business has employed hundreds of people, catered weddings, worked concerts and festivals, thrown events, helped raise money for our community and created more memories than we could ever count.
Tagan was born and raised in Wichita Falls, left for college and culinary school, and came back because this is where she wanted to raise her daughter and build something.
Fifteen years later, Wichita Falls is still home, and we’re still so thankful for everyone who has been part of this story.
