Hello, my name is Chef Nancy Casillas, I graduated from the culinary institute Le Cordon Bleu in 2005 and I have worked at popular Japanese Restaurants in Hollywood, which only made me realize my true passion was starting my own company and creating wonderful food and desserts. Today I work from home along with my husband/manager/cake artist Rodrigo Casillas but we are working towards opening our
