Hello! April 12, 2026! This is our Sweet 16. 🍦✨

Sixteen years of scoops, stories, and the kind of magic that only happens when people come together around something sweet.

And here we are, ready to have a birthday party to celebrate. And this is what I (Marissa!) feel: gratitude. Wild, full-hearted, can’t-stop-smiling gratitude. 🎉

To our guests, our staff, our growers, our partners, our alums, and the kids who fell into this space and claimed a piece of it. You are not just part of the story. You are the story.

We built Sweet Peaks on a simple belief: ice cream creates space. For joy, for connection, community and for the moments that matter: bike rides, lake swims, school celebrations, or a Tuesday that just needed something good. We don’t need it. But boy, it makes life pretty great. 🙌

This year we’re welcoming scoop staff born in 2010, the same year we opened our doors. 🤯 This story keeps getting written by people we haven’t even met yet.

Every community we call home – Missoula, Whitefish, Bozeman, Kalispell – has welcomed us in and made space for something real. For you. For your people. And honestly, for me too. They didn’t just support Sweet Peaks. They shaped it.💛

Serving scoops and love to you, sharing this magic with you — that has been the very best part of the last sixteen years. And I cannot wait for more. 🍦

Continuing with our spring flavors, meet Carrot Halwa, inspired by the traditional Afghan dessert Halwa e Zardak. This flavor features a delicious, fragrant cardamom base swirled with a sweet carrot ribbon topped off with pistachios and almonds, and it is SO GOOD!✨

Hey friends of Sweet Peaks,

Something really special is happening at Sweet Peaks this spring, and we are so excited to share it with you.

We partnered with Soft Landing Missoula and their United We Eat program to create a partnership like never before. United We Eat celebrates the culinary traditions of refugees and immigrants who now call Montana home. We worked with their chef team who were generous enough to share stories, flavors, and inspiration with us. What came out of that collaboration are four new specialty flavors and one specialty sundae that we are genuinely so proud of.

These aren't just new flavors. Each one is rooted in a real culinary tradition, from a real place, shared by real members of our Montana community. We hope you taste that.

THE NEW SCOOPS - AVAILABLE NOW AT ALL LOCATIONS

SALTED TAHINI DATE (Middle East)
Tahini and dates are beloved staples across the Middle East. A sweet and salty tahini base with a housemade date swirl and crunchy toasted sesame.

CARROT HALWA (Afghanistan)
Inspired by Halwa e Zardak, a traditional Afghan dessert. A fragrant cardamom base with a sweet carrot ribbon, finished with pistachios and almonds.

COMING SOON!
PAPELÓN CON LIMÓN (Venezuela)
Inspired by a Venezuelan drink. A tart and tangy frozen Greek yogurt and cream base with smoky raw cane sugar and bright lime.

MOLE DE PLÁTANO (Guatemala)
A homage to Guatemalan mole. A rich, spiced chocolate base layered with caramelized plantains and pepitas.

THE SPECIALTY SUNDAE: BERBERE POPCORN & COLD BREW SUNDAE (Eritrea)
Inspired by Buna, the Eritrean coffee ceremony traditionally shared with popcorn after a meal. A cold brew ice cream base topped with sweet, salty, berbere-spiced popcorn.
