Here’s what we are having this week!
We made biscuits and apricot tarts for this morning. We have Malibu salads with chicken and fresh pineapple. Ham and cheddar subs. Hot dogs. Lasagna and meatloaf for dinner.
Wednesday: Pork tenderloin with mashed potatoes and cherry balsamic sauce.
Baked pasta with cauliflower and broccoli.
Thursday: Mediterranean chickpeas.
Shrimp with Greek-style orzo.
Friday: Chicken and mushroom vol-au-vent.
