Love it whenever a community can come together and support each other! Great job on all of your hard (and HOT) work at Stephen Foster State Park! All Our Kidz glad yall were able to come in and have a nice meal and cool off.

After spending the day cleaning and exploring our beloved Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park, All Our Kidz was warmly welcomed and treated to a delicious lunch provided by Fat Belly's.

The staff greeted us with kindness and top-tier service, making our students feel right at home. Moments like these remind us how important community support truly is.

Tomorrow is the day to come in and join Sheriff Creech. Come by and buy some breakfast or just a cup of coffee. Feel free to have a conversation with him. He is ready and willing to get to know us locals here in White Springs. We are super excited about this. It’s a completely different approach to help us voice our concerns and get to know him as our sheriff. We thank you for service Sheriff Creech and we are looking forward to tomorrow.

🎶 Florida Folk Festival Preppers 2026 — Volunteers Needed

Preparations are underway for the Florida Folk Festival, happening May 22–24 at Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park — and we’d love your help getting the park ready.

There’s plenty to do, from festival logistics to park beautification, and every helping hand makes a difference.

🗓 Volunteer Days: Thursdays & Saturdays
⏰ 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (through May 16)
📍 Auditorium

Help apply stain to fences, posts, and picnic tables to refresh park spaces.
👉 Wear clothes suitable for painting and bring water, bug spray, and a smile.

⛺ Flexible Opportunities Available
Volunteer at a time that works for you — whether it’s a few days, a week, or longer. Free campsites are available for volunteers.

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office invites you to join Sheriff Brian Creech on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Fat Bellys for our very first Breakfast with the Sheriff, generously hosted by the owners of Fat Bellys.

This community engagement opportunity allows citizens to sit down, share conversation, ask questions, and connect directly with Sheriff Creech in a relaxed setting. Conversation and company provided!

We’re excited to announce that Breakfast with the Sheriff will continue each month and will be hosted in a different town throughout Hamilton County to better serve and connect with our communities.
