Eighteen days into September and we still can’t get over this crispy seared snapper. The perfect level of crispy, and yet somehow the accoutrements compete as the star of the show. Roasted artichoke and tomatoes, garlic braised spinach, AND THAT SAUCE! Yellow pepper & Parmesan cream sauce? LAWWD should we even be talking about this so early in the morning!!? It’s a long way till dinner! 👀

Little chefs, big flavors! 🍎

Thanks to everyone who attended our Culinary Arts & Crafts (for Kids) class on Sunday. What a fun and creative group! Those fall Apple dumplings could seriously handle their own place on a menu 👀

We just love our little chefs! For more info about our next class, check out our EVENTS tab!! We’re making “carved quesadillas” in October and hope to see your little chefs there.
