Happy Father’s Day Weekend, Team All Seasons.
I truly want to thank each and every one of you for the work you’ve put in over the last few years. What we’ve built together is nothing short of amazing.
I’ve been blessed to watch so many of you grow within this company. I’ve seen team members go from dishwashers to To-Go specialists, then to servers. I’ve watched To-Go team members become supervisors, servers become bartenders and managers, and bartenders step up to lead our catering team. I’ve seen servers move into supervisory roles and take ownership in ways that inspire everyone around them.
The same is true for our back-of-house team. I’ve watched dishwashers become cooks, cooks become grill masters, grill masters become assistant kitchen managers, and countless team members step into leadership roles without ever needing a title to lead.
I’ve seen people design incredible menus that keep us ahead of the curve. I’ve watched team members check in trucks, haul trash, paint patios, solve problems, serve guests with excellence, and do whatever it takes to help move this business forward. Every one of those contributions matters.
While none of us are perfect individually, together we are a perfect team.
I am incredibly proud of what we are becoming. We also have some outstanding new hires who have jumped right into our culture and fit in like they’ve been here for years.
This is only the beginning of a dream that a poor boy from Cleveland, Ohio had—to change the world the best he could, one person at a time. Because of each one of you, that dream continues to grow, and together we are all moving closer to our destiny.
Thank you for your wisdom, your hospitality, your work ethic, and the wealth of knowledge each of you brings to the table every single day.
A special thank you to my future wife for believing in this dream long before we opened our doors and helping bring it to life. Thank you to our fearless leaders in the back of the house, our supervisors, managers, and every person who leads with or without a title.
I love you all from the bottom of my heart. It is truly an honor and a privilege to serve alongside each and every one of you.
