We just have to say thank you. 🙏 Thank you to our tiny but amazing team!! We might be small. But we are mighty!! 💪 Thank you for showing up! Thank you for sharing OUR story! Thank you for providing the BEST possible service our customers deserve! Eric and I know how short staffed we are and how hard days like today are. But you continue to show up. You continue to give it your all!! With all our heart ❤️ we’re thankful for YOU!

Week #30 - WOW where has this year gone!! Can’t believe we’re already 30 weeks into our Trail Town Passport Specialty Pizzas 🍕 It’s been fun watching the dedicated customers that have tried them all!!

This weeks specialty pizza is Wisconsin and reminds us of potato 🥔 skins! Add a little extra Schindy special sauce or sour cream to this one!! 1️⃣

Everyone knows Texas is known for its chili 🌶️ and this weeks pizza 🍕 is definitely one of the favorites so far!

Using red sauce as our base, we seasoned the ground beef and sausage with chili seasonings, diced up green peppers 🫑 and onions 🧅 smothered it with kidney beans 🫘 and Northern Beans then topped it with sun dried tomatoes 🍅 We recommend topping it with sour cream for the true chili experience.
