Some helpful information on parking for our Sunday Grand Re-Opening. There is free street parking on Sunday - even at metered spaces. The parking lot right next to the Empress at 701 Main Street is ours. I would ask those of you who can enjoy a nice Fall walk to save those spaces for those having a little trouble walking. The lot right above is is private. You can also park at the 10th Street garage. The historic district is beautiful for a stroll down Main Street. Please be kind and don’t block any driveways. We love our neighbors. The Empress is situated at the historic intersection where National Road meets Main Street. You enter through the corner door on 7th Street.
