There’s always the urge to change things, trying to stay relevant in a world that fluctuates and fixates with a distracted focus.

What’s really cool is when you resist changing just to change and continue to just do the same product over and over each day for a few years. Eventually you’ve seen all the ways it moves. You learn how it’s wrong in every way. Those failures lead to adaptations and changes within procedure. Helping you to understand the product and process at a deeper level and hopefully have something truly beautiful and delicious to share and indulge in at the end result.

A broccoli and cheddar quiche. Otherwise simple. Done right it is a marvelous bite.

Olive ciabatta.
Marinated castelvatrano olives with aromas of garlic, thyme, citrus & sesame perfume this super light bread with incredible richness and depth. The pops of briney salty bites from the olive make this a very fun bread to eat. Preferably for dipping into hummus or burrata or more olive oil and a splash of minced herbs.

Currently available at the and at our retail shop in wheat ridge.
