I guess Carol needed the Dr more than she thought. A combination she didn’t think you needed. Come try this speciality drink made by me. A coffee liqueur made with an Irish cream mixed with raw vanilla, and a splash of heavy cream. It creates a smooth vanilla latte! $3 and nothing more ❤️
