And just like that… our first season comes to a close. 🥹🍦💚

When we stepped into The Dairy’O this year, we knew we were taking on something special — but we could have never imagined just how much love and support our little family would receive from this community.

To every person who stopped for a cone, brought the kids for a sundae, tried one of our crazy creations, shared our posts, told a friend about us, or simply came back week after week… thank you. You made our first season as the new owners one we will never forget.

And we absolutely couldn’t end this season without thanking our amazing scoopers. 💚 From the busy summer nights and long lines to everything in between, you worked so hard and helped us navigate our very first season as new owners. We truly could not have done it without you, and we are so grateful for each and every one of you. 🍦

We learned a lot, laughed a lot, and A LOT of ice cream was scooped 😂

We are incredibly grateful for every single one of you who chose to support our small family business this season. 💚

Season one is officially in the books… and we already can’t wait to show you what we have planned for the next one. 😉🍦

From our family — and our Dairy’O crew — to yours, thank you for a wonderful first season at The Dairy’O. 🐄💚

See you next season! 🍦✨

🍂🍦 One last weekend at The Dairy’O! 🍦🍂

How did the season go by this fast?! This is officially our LAST WEEKEND of the season, and we’d love to spend it with all of you. 🥹

Come grab your favorite scoop, sundae, shake, or sweet treat one more time before we close our doors for the season. Bring the family, meet us at the picnic tables, and help us send off an incredible season the Dairy’O way. 🐄🍦

We truly cannot thank our little community enough for showing up for us during our first full season as the new owners. Every cone, every visit, every familiar face and every bit of support has meant more to our family than you know. 💚

Come see us one last time this weekend — we can’t wait to scoop for you!

A sweet weekend outside of the shop🐴🍦💚

The Dairy’O was so honored to sponsor the Younger Lead-Line Division at the Western Hudson Valley Professional Horsemens Association Finals this weekend!

There’s something extra special about supporting the littlest riders as they make their way into the ring and fall in love with this sport. We were so happy to play a small part in celebrating them and all of their hard work. 🥹🐴

Congratulations to all of the riders who competed at Finals this weekend, and a huge thank you to for allowing The Dairy’O to be a part of such a special event!

Good luck to the next generation of little equestrians — we’ll be cheering you on! 💚🐴🍦

We remember the lives that were lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, the families whose lives were forever changed, and the countless acts of courage and kindness that followed.

A little end-of-season “thank you” for our scoopers. 🦀🍦💚

Our crew has worked so hard this summer, so we wanted to give them something special to remember the season by — their very own Dairy’O Summer ’26 tees!

A HUGE thank you to our friends at the shop for bringing our idea to life and absolutely nailing these. We couldn’t love how they turned out more! 🤍

And to our scoopers: thank you for showing up, working hard, surviving the crazy summer nights, and being such a big part of our first full season. We hope every time you wear these, you remember all the memories made at The Dairy’O this summer.

Summer ’26 — one for the books. 🦀🍦

Consider this your sign to stock the freezer. 👀🍦🍂

Don’t forget — our half gallons are ALWAYS 2 for $25 at The Dairy’O!

And just in time for fall, we currently have two seasonal favorites stocked and ready to take home:

🎃 Pumpkin
🍎 Apple Crisp

Perfect for cozy nights at home, football Sundays, or for those of you already thinking ahead to when we close for the season. 😂

Mix & match any two half gallons for $25! Grab your fall favorites from the freezer while they’re stocked. 🍦🤎

Because having too much ice cream at home has never been the problem. 😉
