The official opening of Sardinia by Zona Blu was a night we’ll always remember.

We welcomed local community leaders, special guests, longtime Zona Blu customers, friends, and family to celebrate the beginning of this new chapter in Weston.

The evening brought together everything we wanted Sardinia to represent: warm hospitality, Sardinian flavors, a specially prepared menu, an outdoor buffet, a traditional whole-roasted pig, live music, and plenty of moments shared around the table.

We’re grateful to everyone who joined us, shared their good wishes, and helped make the celebration so special.

The doors are officially open, and this is only the beginning.

A very special night marked the official opening of Sardinia by Zona Blu.

We welcomed members of the community, longtime Zona Blu guests, special invitees, and friends of the restaurant to celebrate this new chapter together.

The evening included warm words of support from local community leaders, followed by a night filled with Sardinian flavors, a specially prepared menu, an outdoor buffet, a whole roasted pig, and live music.

More than an opening, it was a celebration of the people, traditions, and hospitality behind Sardinia by Zona Blu.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening so memorable.
