At the Saint George Hotel, our spooky season is year round. In order to keep this an intimate event, we will have limited reservations available.

Our Weston Brewing Company page is doing a new weekly history photo. If you aren't following us over there yet you may want to check it out.

This is a colorized drawing of Weston Landing with the Missouri River Packet Alice in port. A “packet” steamboat was the scheduled cargo bus of its day. The Alice burned in a fire in St. Louis just 15 days after this drawing is dated on May 17th, 1849. The famous St. Louis fire destroyed dozens of steamboats.
This boat carried passengers and cargo. Most interesting are all the casks lining the shore. We can only imagine some of our own WBC beer was on board.

Happy 250th America!! We will be open in the restaurant and pub until 9p with live music starting at 3p. Come get your picture taken with Uncle Sam. (Christian not included.) The Weston Fireworks Display should start around 9:30p and is great fun.
