August is Appreciation Month at Cozy Coffee. 🤎 Throughout the month, we’ll be celebrating the incredible employees who make Cozy what it is, while also showing some extra love to the amazing customers who support us every single day. We truly couldn’t do it without you all! 🤍 Anna — Our Day One OG. From opening our doors to now returning seasonally, she’s always been part of the Cozy family.
🤍Clara — Whether she’s in Boulder or Westminster, Clara brings consistency, kindness, and is always willing to jump in wherever she’s needed.
🤍 Tina — Our firecracker! She keeps us laughing, keeps us on our toes, and brings a spark to every shift. 🤍 Cory — The king of dad jokes and one-liners. He somehow makes every day a little more fun.
🤍 Owen — Pure sunshine. His positive attitude and bright energy are contagious to both our team and our customers.
🤍 Carlos — A true people person. He has a gift for making everyone who walks through our doors feel welcomed and valued. Thank you for pouring your hearts into Cozy Coffee. At Cozy Coffee we’re proud to make almost all of our pastries and baked goods in-house every single day. From scratch-made pastries to sweet treats, everything is baked with care right here at Cozy.

Meet our newest drink of the week: Key Lime Pie Matcha

Fun fact: This one is inspired by one of our favorite family traditions. A few years ago, we were on a work trip celebrating my mom’s birthday in a tiny town, and the only birthday dessert we could find was a key lime pie. It wasn’t the plan, but it ended up becoming one of those memories we’ll never forget. Now, every year, key lime pie is a birthday tradition for her.

So naturally, we had to turn it into a drink.
Bright, creamy, refreshing, and basically summer in a cup. ☀️
