DK Concepts Incorporated was founded in January, 2012 with the goal of filling a void in the Westminster community—a locally owned and operated food outlet catering to business leaders, singles, retirees, couples, and families alike, to bring a unique and gourmet experience to the local community, without having to go outside of Northwestern Corridor of Denver. The name, Early Bird was inspired by the Chefs’ daughter, Isabel, who was born prematurely at 33 weeks. “Izzie” is the beautiful, pint-sized muse behind the restaurant’s concept and philosophy of providing the best ingredients, preparation and presentation that is good enough for their own family, why not yours?

The Early Bird Midtown Denver location is on the 1600 block of West 67th Avenue. That's close to Pecos Street between Highway 36 and Interstate 76.
