If you’re around the River Run neighborhood tomorrow for breakfast from 8-12 or until we sell out, we have some new menu items! We have French toast sticks with a whisky maple zabaglione dip, breakfast burgers with baby arugula, cheddar and roasted garlic aioli, smoked brisket hash with caramelized onions, country potatoes, fried egg and drizzled with a smoked paprika hollandaise and last, but not least, our smoked pulled pork breakfast burritos (no explanation needed).

It’s been a while since we posted anything, but rest assured, we’re still cooking! We may not be out on a regular basis for a few weeks, but we will update y’all for any pop-up locations we may be at in the near future. In the mean time, enjoy this ASMR video of briskets in their natural habitat.

Hey y’all! As restrictions have started to ease, and clients have come to terms of the “new normal” we have been hearing so much about, our catering company Deshebrado, has started to become increasingly busy. As summer is winding down and the postponed wedding season picks up, we will be running on a limited basis, as limited refrigeration storage has become pretty apparent. Don’t fret because we will be making waves in the near future and we will keep y’all posted. Here’s a video of our last cook, so enjoy!
