Ash reshteh is a type of thick soup featuring noodles (Reshteh), legumes, and herbs. It's topped with crispy / sautéed onions, garlic, and mint. Whey (Kashk) is a dairy product that's added for additional taste. Some of ingredients are: Parsley, spinach, dill, onion, cilantro, mint, chick peas, red kidney beans, lentils, and pinto beans.
