Considerate Cafe

Considerate cafe's mission is to assist students to become contributing members of society through education, job training and job placement.

We provide fresh, healthy, creative foods in a friendly and considerate environment at an affordable price. Our food is made with care and we are inspired to use local and organic ingredients. We use fresh vegetables and herbs from our garden program, Learning to Grow greenhouse. More importantly, Considerate Cafe is a job training program for high school transition students. The cafe and greenhou

se school based enterprises help foster self-determination, daily living skills, social skills and employment education. Students use these skillsets to help reach their post-secondary goals. All proceeds support the transitional employment program at the Hamilton Career Center. Our hours of operation are dependent upon the School District of Oconee County School Calendar.
