Join us at Pacific East Café in Crocker Park on November 9 at 6:30 PM for a guided sake tasting and pairing dinner led by a sake sommelier from Vintage W**e Distributor

Enjoy five courses paired with five different sakes while learning about their flavors, brewing styles, and what makes each pairing work.

Our planned menu includes:
🥢 Chef’s special Crab Rangoon made from scratch, served with edamame
🍤 Shrimp tempura
🥣 Chef’s choice soup
🍣 A sushi assortment for the main course
🍡 Mochi for dessert

Sake selections range from sparkling sake to creamy nigori and refreshing yuzu.
